As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a polished, professional, and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow our customer base and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in refrigerated transport.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address and resolve any issues, ensuring service excellence.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to drive brand awareness and develop business leads.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in business development, ideally within the trucking or logistics industry.
- A proven track record of growing a portfolio of clients and closing new business deals.
- Expertise in refrigerated transport is a strong asset, but not a requirement.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to handle disputes, ensuring smooth interactions between the company and customers.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to the overall success of the team.
